Class description:

Taught by an RN, Childbirth Preparation covers a wide range of important topics to help you take care of yourself and your baby before, during & after delivery.

Here are some of the things you’ll learn about:

  • Preliminary & Active Labor
  • Labor Techniques & Childbirth
  • Postpartum Care
  • And more!
